We typically deliver next working day for most of Norfolk and Suffolk. Same-day delivery is available — call us before 9am. Delivery is charged by the mile up to a 20-mile radius of our Wymondham depot — call for a delivery quote.

Yes — and your delivery charge covers both drop-off and collection, so there's no separate pick-up fee. We deliver to your site and come back to collect the machine at the end of your hire — nothing for you to return. Just let us know when you're finished and we'll arrange the pick-up. Prefer to collect and return it yourself? You're welcome to do that from our Wymondham depot, which removes the delivery fee altogether.

Our minimum hire period is one day. We offer daily, weekly, and long-term monthly rates. Weekly hire offers the best value if you need a machine for a site project.

Most small plant equipment (mini diggers, dumpers, access platforms) requires no special licence. We can supply an experienced operator for larger machines — just ask when you place your enquiry.

We recommend booking as early as you can, particularly in spring and summer when demand peaks. That said, we regularly accommodate last-minute hires — just give us a call and we'll do our best to help.

Call us immediately. We’ll either fix the issue remotely or dispatch a replacement. Machine downtime is rare but when it happens we always respond the same working day.

Yes — just call or email us before your return date and we will extend the hire at the same rate, subject to fleet availability. We are flexible and understand that site projects often run longer than planned.
